Section 5

Betting Rules and Bet Settlement

All bets placed on 5jli are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or game type. These detailed rules are available within each game section of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions. The following general betting rules apply across all verticals:

  • All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the bet slip is submitted, except in cases where 5jli acknowledges a technical error on our end.
  • Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final binding odds.
  • Bets placed on events that were already in progress at the time of placement (without 5jli explicitly offering in-play betting for that event) will be voided and stakes returned.
  • In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, all bets will be settled according to the official rules for each sport. Generally, bets on events that do not commence within 24 hours of the scheduled kick-off/tip-off will be voided.
  • Maximum winnings per event are capped at ₱5,000,000 unless 5jli has approved a higher limit in writing for a specific customer.
  • 5jli reserves the right to void, suspend, or re-settle any bet if there is evidence of match manipulation, collusion, or any other form of fraud affecting the integrity of the event.
  • In the case of a palpable error in odds or market creation, 5jli reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle bets at the correct odds. We will always communicate such corrections transparently.
  • Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your 5jli account balance within a few minutes of the official result. Disputed settlements should be raised with our support team within 72 hours.
  • For PBA and NBA betting, results are based on official game scores as published by the PBA and NBA respectively. Overtime periods are included in all full-game markets unless otherwise stated.
  • For Jackpot Slots and Color Game, outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). All results are independently audited for fairness.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

Where a suspension is found to be issued in error, your account will be restored and any forfeited balance returned.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5jli's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 12-month period preceding the claim. 5jli is not liable for loss of profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages.

5jli makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Unscheduled outages may occur due to technical or infrastructure reasons beyond our control, and 5jli will not be held liable for any losses directly attributable to such outages, provided that we take commercially reasonable steps to restore service as quickly as possible.
